To Recover £3.5.3 for Goods Sold and delivered to Margret Neile previous to her marriage with the defendant ~

The debt was proved, and it was Also proved that the said Margret Neile was possessed of property previous to and at the time of the Marriage. Ordered that the defendant pay the ptffs £3.5.3 and Costs of Suit—the def^t. not offering Satisfactory Security for payment of the Said Debt a feather bed belonging to the defts wife previous to her marriage was ordered to be attached as security.
